Role Objective
The Assistant Manager – MIS will be responsible for managing organisation-wide MIS
activities, consolidating data from multiple departments, ensuring report accuracy,
leading the MIS team, developing dashboards, and providing timely analytical reports to
management.
Mandatory Professional Experience
The candidate must have:
Proven experience in handling data and MIS reports for multiple departments.
Prior experience in managing, supervising, and allocating work to an MIS team.
Practical experience in preparing daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly
management reports.
Strong working knowledge of Power BI, Advanced Excel, Power Query, Pivot
Tables, lookup functions, charts, dashboards, and data validation.
Experience in data consolidation, reconciliation, cleaning, analysis, and
reporting.
Ability to work with large datasets and convert them into meaningful
management information.
Experience in report automation and process improvement.
Good understanding of data accuracy, reporting timelines, quality controls, and
confidentiality.
Working knowledge of SQL or database management will be preferred.
Knowledge of Python for data analysis and reporting automation will be an added
advantage.

Key Performance Expectations
The selected candidate will be expected to achieve the following:
Timely submission of all scheduled MIS reports.
Minimum reporting accuracy of 98%.
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
