Role Summary
The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning and executing the marketing strategy for Almiya Group across all business divisions, including Solar, Engineering, Infrastructure, and Future Energy Solutions. The role focuses on strengthening the Almiya brand, generating qualified leads, supporting sales growth, managing digital marketing initiatives, and building long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement annual marketing and branding strategies.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Generate high-quality sales leads through online and offline marketing activities.
- Manage the company's website, SEO, and social media platforms.
- Create brochures, presentations, advertisements, videos, and other marketing materials.
- Organize exhibitions, product launches, dealer meets, seminars, and customer events.
- Coordinate public relations and media communications.
- Build strategic partnerships with industry associations and business networks.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer satisfaction surveys.
- Support the sales team with campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
- Manage the annual marketing budget and optimize return on investment (ROI).
- Maintain brand consistency across all divisions and marketing channels.
- Track campaign performance and prepare monthly marketing reports.

Qualifications
- MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in marketing, preferably in Renewable Energy, EPC, Engineering, Infrastructure, or B2B industries.
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEO tools, CRM platforms, and analytics.
