Position: Telecaller

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Telecaller to engage with potential customers, generate quality leads, and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company products/services.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Follow up with existing and prospective customers to maintain relationships.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
- Resolve customer concerns or escalate them to the relevant department.
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach during all interactions.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi (English is an added advantage).
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Professional attitude with strong customer service skills.
Qualifications
- Graduate (Any Stream Preferred).
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, BPO, or Inside Sales.
- Freshers are not eligible.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in lead generation and customer relationship management.
- Ability to handle high call volumes efficiently.
- Experience working with CRM tools is preferred.
