- Take meeting notes and track action items.
- Coordinate with vendors, consultants, bankers, and government authorities.
- Handle confidential information and important documents.
- Follow up with team members on commitments made in meetings.
- Coordinate with accountants and auditors.
- Monitor receivables and payables.
- Track budgets and control costs.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Coordinate recruitment and onboarding.
- Track attendance, leave, and manpower planning.
- Conduct performance reviews and monitor employee productivity.
- Handle employee grievances and conflict resolution.
- Organize training and development programs.
Qualifcation:
* Graduate in any - Commerce, Business Administration, Management, Economics, or Engineering
* MBA preferred but not mandatory.
