Key ResponsibilitiesAdmissions & Business Development
- Generate new admission leads through marketing activities, referrals, events, and partnerships.
- Counsel parents and students regarding the school’s curriculum, facilities, and admission process.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed admissions through effective follow-up and relationship management.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve admission targets.
Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with parents, educational consultants, coaching centers, and local communities.
- Coordinate with school principals, academic staff, and management regarding admissions planning.
- Represent the school at educational fairs, seminars, and community events.
Marketing & Outreach
- Plan and execute local marketing campaigns to increase school visibility.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team for online promotions and lead generation.
- Conduct school presentations, campus tours, and orientation sessions for prospective families.
Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions data.
- Prepare weekly and monthly admission reports for management review.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in admissions, business development, sales, or educational marketing.
- Experience in school or educational institution admissions preferred.
