Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Sales Growth Develop and execute domestic sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Identify and acquire new customers across spinning mills, fabric manufacturers, garment exporters, and trading houses. Drive order bookings, customer retention, and market expansion.
2. Key Account Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key domestic customers. Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract finalization. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
3. Market Intelligence & Strategic Planning Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand patterns. Identify new business opportunities and growth segments. Prepare sales forecasts and business plans.
4. Sales Operations & Coordination Coordinate with production, sourcing, logistics, and finance teams. Ensure timely execution of orders and collections. Monitor inventory movement and demand planning.
5. Team Leadership Lead and mentor the domestic sales team. Establish KPIs and performance review mechanisms. Drive a customer-focused and high-performance culture.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Domestic Sales Revenue Order Booking Value Gross Margin & Profitability New Customer Acquisition Customer Retention Rate Market Share Growth Collection Efficiency Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Textiles, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 12–18 years of experience in yarn sales and textile marketing. Strong network with spinning mills, fabric manufacturers, garment units, and textile traders.
