In the role of Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of custom software solutions. - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS).

- Experience in leading software development teams and managing technical projects.
- Ability to analyze complex technical problems and provide effective solutions.
- Familiarity with performance optimization and code quality assurance techniques.
