- Identify and develop new customers (retailers, distributors, wholesalers, supermarkets, hotels, etc.)
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
- Promote company food products in the assigned territory
- Maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers
- Ensure proper product display and visibility in the market
- Collect payments from customers on time
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Prepare daily sales reports and submit to management
- Coordinate with the production and dispatch team for timely delivery
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently
