We provide lending and supply chain finance solutions for Small Banks and NBFCs, including Loan Origination Systems (LOS), Loan Management Systems (LMS), and B2C lending platforms. We also offer an Employee Performance Management System (EPMS) for KPI/KRI tracking and competency management.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Sales Intern to support our Sales and Business Development team. The intern will assist in identifying prospective clients, generating leads, conducting market research, and supporting customer outreach. This internship offers hands-on exposure to enterprise software sales in the BFSI and HR technology domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Research potential customers, including banks, NBFCs, fintech companies, and enterprises.
- Generate and qualify sales leads through online research, LinkedIn, email, and outbound calls.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Maintain and update CRM records with lead and customer information.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and marketing collateral.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new business opportunities.
- Follow up with prospects and support the sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication during the sales process.
Required Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Interest in B2B sales, fintech, banking, or enterprise software.
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
Eligibility:
- Recent graduate B. Com, BMS, or currently pursuing MBA (Sales/Marketing), or equivalent.
- Freshers with a strong interest in sales and business development are encouraged to apply.
