Job Overview: The position is for a managing large-scale, rapidly expanding program on community sanitation and toilets. It will include working closely with the donor teams. Monitoring operations of toilet complexes built under the program from time to time, advice with practical insights from the ground, and suggest innovations. The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate an agile response to emerging program needs and having experience with large-scale community programs will be preferred. The selected candidate will be required to work collaboratively with teams outside of UWM and donor teams and their program stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:

Develop annual implementation plans and actively undertake field-based monitoring of projects on a regular basis

Work collaboratively with the project implementation teams

Collect data from the field and prepare reports/ presentation decks and as per templates

Ensure corporate partners are aware of the impact of their community investments through field visits and other document reporting means.

Responsible for project utilisation within the scheduled project timelines

Design proposals and work in teams for problem-solving

Manage deadlines and documentation assigned

Track project milestones and utilisation.
Profile Requisites:

Minimum experience of 6-8 years.

Graduates, preferably from social sciences background, demonstrable experience in program implementation, monitoring and evaluation

Generalist with a Strong community-based work experience, Preferred experience in WASH-related activities

Experience of working with MCGM authorities/ Ward Level interactions and can navigate the discussions with government stakeholders

Knowledge of Govt departments and their functioning

Can lead community mobilization activities

Passionate about program implementation

Proficient in spoken and written English

Proficient in basic computer skills- MS word and Excel operations and presentations

Good in interpersonal communication and organizing field-based program

Ability to meet deadlines and work in teams collaboratively

Demonstrates self-initiative and is a driven professional capable of working independently with the least amount of supervision.

Willing to work from office as well as actively travel for field visits
Remuneration: Subject to relevant qualification, experience & merit; the salary range is INR 11-15 LPA
