Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Associate to drive growth for our EV charging solutions. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting the expansion of EV charging infrastructure across target markets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities in the EV charging segment
Research potential clients such as:
Commercial spaces (malls, hotels, offices)
Residential apartments
Fleet operators and logistics companies
Reach out to prospective clients via calls, emails, and field visits
Present company products/services and explain EV charging solutions
Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations
Coordinate with internal teams (technical, operations, installation)
Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
Track sales pipeline and update CRM regularly
Achieve monthly/quarterly business targets
Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of sales and negotiation techniques
Interest in EV industry and sustainability
Ability to work independently and in a team
Good MS Excel / CRM handling skills
Willingness to travel for client meetings
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Internship or experience in sales/business development (preferred but not mandatory)
Knowledge of EV ecosystem is an added advantage
