Job Summary
Grenomart.com is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth in the biomass energy segment, including briquettes, pellets, and related machinery. The role focuses on client acquisition, partner onboarding, and expanding market presence in Hyderabad and nearby regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in biomass fuel and machinery
- Develop B2B clients in HORECA, manufacturing, food processing, and institutions
- Onboard suppliers, manufacturers, and project partners on the Grenomart platform
- Promote biomass solutions as cost-effective and sustainable fuel alternatives
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations
- Coordinate with technical teams for proposals and execution support
- Achieve sales targets and build long-term client relationships
Candidate Profile
- Graduate in Business / Engineering / Energy or related field
- 2–5 years experience in B2B sales or business development
- Experience in industrial products, machinery, or energy sector preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Based in or willing to relocate to Hyderabad
- Open to field travel within the region
