Job Summary;
The Team Leader in the four wheeler automobile field is responsible for leading and motivating the sales team to achieve dealership sales targets, improve customer satisfaction, and ensure smooth showroom and field sales operations. The role involves team management, sales planning, customer handling, and performance monitoring.
Key Responsibilities;
- Lead and supervise the automobile sales team.
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance to improve sales
- Support sales executives in closing deals and handling customer
- Conduct team meetings, training, and motivation sessions
- Track inquiries, bookings, deliveries, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and service departments.
- Prepare sales reports and submit updates to management.
- Develop strategies to increase vehicle sales and market reach.
- Handle escalated customer complaints professionally.
- Ensure proper implementation of company policies and promotional campaigns.
Educational Qualification;
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Experience;
- 4–7 years of experience in automobile sales.
- Prior experience in team handling or supervisory role preferred
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
