About the Role:
We are looking for an International Sales Specialist to communicate with prospective customers, identify sales opportunities, build customer relationships, and drive revenue through outbound sales and lead follow-ups. This is a full time night shift job based on US, UK Timings.
Key responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers and potential customers.
- Follow up on leads and identify sales opportunities.
- Answer customer questions and provide additional information via email.
- Explain and demonstrate product and service features and benefits.
- Build and maintain a database of current and potential customers.
- Stay informed about competing products and services.
- Upsell and cross-sell company offerings.
- Qualify new leads and close sales to achieve sales targets.
Requirements
- Any Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Excellent communication, listening, presentation, and customer service skills.
- Learning attitude, enthusiasm, and diligence.
-Must be comfortable working in Night shifts (US, UK Timings)
