About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Sr. SEO, GEO & AEO Specialist to join our growing digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in traditional SEO, Local SEO, AI search optimization (AEO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO). You will be responsible for improving organic visibility, driving qualified traffic, and optimizing websites for both search engines and AI-powered search platforms.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute SEO strategies for multiple websites.
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Optimize websites for on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Develop and implement Local SEO strategies.
- Optimize content for AI-powered search (AEO) and Generative Search (GEO).
- Improve website rankings, traffic, and conversions.
- Conduct SEO audits and recommend improvements.
- Build high-quality backlinks through ethical link-building techniques.
- Monitor performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.
- Prepare monthly SEO performance reports.
- Coordinate with content writers, developers
Required Skills
- 3+ years of SEO experience.
- Strong knowledge of Technical SEO.
- Experience with Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.
- Understanding of GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization).
- Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Perplexity for SEO workflows.
- Proficiency with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing multiple client projects.
- Knowledge of WordPress, Shopify, and basic HTML/CSS.
- Understanding of Core Web Vitals and website performance optimization.
