Position: Lead Operations – Networks
Location: Sector 132, Noida, Uttar Pradesh-201304
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the day-to-day network operations team.
* Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network incidents.
* Ensure high availability and optimal performance of network infrastructure.
* Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
* Drive incident, change, and problem management processes.
* Prepare operational reports and maintain documentation.
* Mentor and guide team members to achieve operational excellence.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* 2-3 years of experience in network operations, with leadership experience preferred.
* Strong knowledge of routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, and network monitoring tools.
* Experience with ITIL processes is an advantage.
* Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
