- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents and minimize system downtime.
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Google Cloud Compute Services.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure management and monitoring tools related to Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex system issues and implement effective solutions.
- Familiarity with incident management and root cause analysis methodologies.
- Ability to work with automation scripts and tools to streamline support activities.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders.
Additional Information:

- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
