About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Site Engineer to manage and supervise on-site execution for interior and construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for site coordination, quality control, labour supervision, material management, and ensuring project execution as per approved drawings and timelines.This position is also suitable for freshers and interns who are looking to gain practical exposure in interior execution, construction management, and site operations..
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and monitor project execution.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, labour teams, and project stakeholders.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor project progress and maintain quality standards.
- Handle on-site issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Manage material requirements and monitor material usage.
- Maintain site reports and project documentation.
- Ensure project timelines are achieved while maintaining safety standards.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of construction and interior execution.
- Ability to understand technical drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Problem-solving and site management abilities.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
Qualification
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or related fields.
- Freshers and final-year students are encouraged to apply.
