Job description
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers/homeowners for solar panel installation campaigns.
- Explain the benefits of residential solar energy solutions in a professional and convincing manner.
- Generate customer interest and schedule appointments/site visits for the sales team.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information about services and process.
- Maintain proper call records and update CRM/data sheets regularly.
- Follow communication scripts and quality standards during customer interactions.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of international calling experience is mandatory.
- Experience in outbound sales, lead generation, appointment setting, or telemarketing will be preferred.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident speaking skills with neutral/accent-friendly communication.
- Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM/data handling skills.
- Candidates with experience in energy, utilities, home services, or solar campaigns will be an added advantage.
