1. Handing of breakdowns of equipment as per SOPs.
2. Handling of preventive maintenance of equipment as per SOPs.
3. To maintain the spare parts of equipment.
4. Coordination with vendors for quotation of spare parts or services.
5. Coordination with purchase teams for PO, accounting teams for payment.
6. Filling PRs (purchase requisition) and doing invoices entries on online portal.
7. Making RGP/NRGP for the materials going outside of the company premised.
8. Close coordination with QA teams for QMS activities.
9. Initiation of Change control, CAPA, deviation & submission to QA.
10. To provide training to technicians.
11. Handling of utility departments and documentation.
(e.g., Purified Water system, HVAC system, Compressed air, Boiler, Chiller, Air conditioning, Cooling tower, ETP, etc.)
12. Distributes the breakdown jobs to the maintenance staff and their timely completion.
13. To prepare annual preventive maintenance schedule and ensure that all preventive maintenance work done as per schedule.
14. Calibration, Qualification and validation of equipment and utility as per schedule.
15. Maintain & evaluates the adequacy of environmental conditions of the plants.
16. Maintains the stock for spare and change parts.
17. Supervises all the up-gradation and renovation projects undertaken by management and their timely completion as per design qualification.
18. To do building maintenance and building management system planning as per requirement.
19. To ensure that all documents, procedure and log records related to Engineering department are update and as per good documentation practices.
20. To represent the department at the time of audit or inspection.
21. Wastage, scrap control & maintain day-to-day records of all the receipt and issuance in the registers.
22. Statuary compliance and maintain the history card of all machines.
23. To responsible for Preparation of Documents (SOPs, Annexures and Qualification Documents).
24. To responsible for taking and maintaining QMS (Change control, Deviation, CAPA).
25. To execute preventive maintenance and replace parts according to schedule.
26. To responsible for Checking and calibrating instruments to make sure they are accurate and also for fitting new parts.
27. To responsible for Responding immediately to equipment breakdowns, fixing faults or arranging for replacements to be installed.
28. To responsible for all types of electrical work related to equipment and related to MCC panel.
29. To responsible for instrument related jobs.
30. To responsible for all types of safety related equipment’s.
31. To responsible for operation and handling of DG set.
32. To responsible for Solar plate performance and daily generation of units.
(e.g. Safety shower, Fire extinguisher, Fire hydrant pump, Different type of fire points)
Pay: ₹731,881.16 - ₹2,357,637.56 per year
