Senior Manager – Talent AcquisitionThe incumbent will lead strategic hiring initiatives across the organization, partnering closely with business leaders to attract, assess, and hire high-caliber talent. The role is responsible for driving leadership and niche hiring, ensuring operational excellence in recruitment, and delivering a superior candidate experience while supporting the organization's diversity and growth objectives.

Talent Strategy & Workforce Planning

Partner with business leaders to understand current and future talent requirements.
Develop proactive talent acquisition strategies aligned with business priorities and workforce plans.
Build talent pipelines for critical and emerging skill areas to support long-term organizational growth.
Drive innovative sourcing initiatives through job portals, social media, industry networks, and leadership hiring campaigns.
Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience across all hiring touchpoints.

Leadership & Niche Hiring

Hiring for senior leadership, critical, and specialized roles across functions.
Implement robust assessment and selection frameworks to ensure quality hiring decisions.
Ensure strong stakeholder alignment throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Recruitment Operations & Excellence

Drive best-in-class recruitment processes with a focus on speed, quality, compliance, and candidate experience.
Monitor and improve key recruitment metrics including Time-to-Fill, Quality-of-Hire, and Cost-per-Hire.
Leverage recruitment technologies and analytics platforms (e.g., Workday) to enhance efficiency and reporting.
Standardize processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Stakeholder Management

Act as a trusted talent advisor to business and functional leaders.
Provide market intelligence, talent insights, and competitive benchmarking to support hiring decisions.
Influence and drive decision-making through data-backed recommendations.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

Champion diversity hiring initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
Track and report diversity metrics and implement targeted actions to improve representation.
Foster inclusive hiring practices and mitigate bias throughout the recruitment process.

Vendor & Channel Management

Manage relationships with search firms, recruitment agencies, and external talent partners.
Evaluate sourcing channels for effectiveness and optimize investments to maximize ROI.
Negotiate commercial terms and monitor vendor performance against agreed SLAs.
