We are looking for Operations Assistant Manager / Executive. Freshers can also apply.
Responsibilities and Duties
1. After Sales Services, follow up with clients, mutual fund companies & planners.
2. Need to handle back-office related activities for all the financial products such as mutual funds & insurance.
3. Day to day transaction processing, follow up with Front Office etc.
4. Form filling for all the financial products and updating the system
5. Generating reports etc
Key Skills
Basic Knowledge of Back office operation, Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Good Communication Skills (Oral & Written), Passionate about Operation.
Required Experience and Qualifications
Fresher in the Operation field can also be considered but they should have some education or experience in Operation. They will be groomed to become a completed Operation.
