Counsellor – Mohali
Location: Mohali
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
About the Role
We are looking for a confident and motivated Counsellor to join our Mohali team. The candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective students, understanding their career goals, explaining our courses, and converting enquiries into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and prospects regarding available courses and career opportunities.
- Understand students’ requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Handle incoming leads, enquiries, and walk-ins.
- Follow up regularly with interested students.
- Explain course structure, fees, duration, and benefits clearly.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents.
- Coordinate with the sales and academic teams when required.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and persuasive personality.
- Basic knowledge of counselling and sales.
- Ability to handle students professionally.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
