Business Development Manager (BDM) – Tech Hub

Job Responsibilities:
- Generate and convert leads for Tech Hub programs
- Achieve monthly sales and admission targets
- Handle client meetings, follow-ups, and business development activities
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure proper counselling support
- Coordinate with marketing and academic teams for lead closure
- Prepare daily sales reports and maintain CRM updates
- Support branch growth and team performance initiatives
Requirements:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in sales/business development preferred
- EdTech or IT training industry experience is an added advantage
- Target-oriented and self-motivated candidates preferred
Immediate joiners preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
