Build and lead a hands-on technical unit that expands GPE-IA services in Honeywell PLC/SCADA product training, remote & On site technical support for service contracts , and Proposal & Estimation for the IMC GBE.
12+ years of experience in industrial automation, engineering services, or process-control solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Honeywell Experion HS and Experion LX systems, including servers, operator/engineering stations, network switches, system architecture, engineering, and system integration.
• Proven experience in commissioning, startup support, troubleshooting, maintenance, and remote/on-site technical support for minimum 2 Honeywell PLCs family ( Experion LX, Experion HS, Control Edge, ML200, HC900 SIL2) and related SCADA systems.
• People-management experience leading a team of 7 to 12 employees.
• Experience establishing or scaling a technical engineering capability from the ground up.
• Experience across the project lifecycle: Proposal & Estimation, detailed engineering, integration, FAT/SAT, commissioning, maintenance, and lifecycle support.
• Technical-writing experience, including Functional Design Specifications, Detailed Design Specifications, architecture documents, test procedures, and commissioning documentation.
• Experience with international projects and customers, including EPCs and end users.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics, Automation, or a related engineering discipline.
The candidate will be accountable for building a multi-skilled team aligned with changing IMC business demand.
• Develop team capability across Honeywell Experion LX, Experion HS, ML200, ControlEdge (CE) PLC, Universal Operation Controller (UOC) PLC, SMSC, and HC900 SIL 2.
• Ensure that, by the end of the 12-month period, the team is multi-product skilled .
• Track capability progress, close identified skill gaps, and maintain a sustainable cross-training and backup plan for critical technologies.
Preferred :
Good understanding of the IMC Modular Systems business segment and packaged automation/system-integration environment.
• Experience working with IMC Offering Management, Product Management, R&D, and regional business organizations.
• Working knowledge of industrial networking, virtualization, and control-system cybersecurity fundamentals.

• Lead a team of 7 to 12 employees through resource planning, goal setting, coaching, performance reviews, succession planning, recognition, and career development.
• Provide technical leadership for Honeywell IMC GBE PLC family , and SCADA engineering, system integration, FAT/SAT, commissioning, troubleshooting, and lifecycle support.
• Expand GPE-IA services in product training delivery, remote and site technical support, and Proposal & Estimation for the IMC GBE.
• Create new engineering, consulting, and lifecycle services aligned with IMC priorities; identify white-space opportunities and expand the service portfolio.
• Manage the project lifecycle from Proposal & Estimation and detailed engineering through system integration, commissioning, maintenance, and lifecycle support.
• Partner with Offering Management to understand priorities, accelerate adoption, develop growth plans, and support commercialization.
• Collaborate with Product Management and R&D Technical Leadership on market needs, technology roadmaps, capability plans, pilots, upcoming releases, and deployment strategies.
• Align GPE capacity and capability with regional IMC needs across META, Europe, and the Americas.
