Job Responsibilities
Call customers from the company-provided data.
Tell customers about our real estate projects.
Answer customer questions politely.
Follow up with interested customers.
Schedule site visits for the sales team.
Update customer details in the system.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements
Good communication and speaking skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to convince customers over the phone.
Freshers are welcome. Experience in telecalling or sales is a plus.
