We are looking for a reliable and responsible Delivery Driver to transport goods safely and efficiently to customers. The ideal candidate should have good driving skills, knowledge of local routes, and excellent customer service abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver packages, food, or goods to customers on time
- Plan and follow the most efficient delivery routes
- Load and unload items carefully
- Verify delivery information and collect payments if required
- Maintain delivery records and obtain customer signatures
- Inspect and maintain the vehicle regularly
- Follow traffic laws and company safety policies
- Communicate with dispatchers, customers, and supervisors professionally
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to use GPS and mobile delivery apps
- Good time-management and communication skills
- Physical ability to lift and carry packages when needed
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns
- Customer service experience
- Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge
Working Conditions
- Flexible shifts, including weekends or evenings
- Outdoor driving in different weather conditions
- May require long hours of driving and standing
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
