Key Responsibilities: Recruitment, initial interviews, payroll, employee grievance handling, HR compliances, leave management, policy management, petty cash & expenses, travel allowances, and general HR administration.
Requirements: Strong communication skills, good knowledge of HR processes & compliances, and the ability to manage responsibilities independently
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
