Job Title: Field Recruiter – Blue Collar Hiring / Migrant Worker Hiring

Job description
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar contract, and migrant workers.
- Source candidates through field visits, job fairs, local agencies, referrals, and community networks.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates to meet hiring targets.
- Coordinate interstate hiring and mobilization of migrant workers from various states
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Conduct recruitment drives in nearby towns and villages.
- Coordinate documentation, medical checks, and on-boarding activities.
- Ensure timely joining of selected candidates and follow up on attendance.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily hiring reports.
- Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements related to contract and migrant labor
- Develop relationships with local placement agencies, training institutes, and community leaders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in blue-collar/bulk hiring or field recruitment and migrant worker hiring.
- Experience in Textiles, Garment, or similar industries is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel extensively for recruitment activities.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment documentation.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
