Job Title: E-commerce Executive & Lead Generation
Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage our online sales platforms and drive business growth through effective lead generation. The role involves managing product listings, handling customer queries, coordinating orders, and supporting digital marketing initiatives to enhance our brand presence and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and list products on eBay, indiamart and the official company website.
- Ensure accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing for optimized listings.
- Coordinate inventory management to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle customer queries, orders, returns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Support digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing and social media management.
- Track and analyze online sales performance, preparing regular reports for management.
- Perform lead generation activities, including data scraping, prospecting, and maintaining lead databases.
