Nurse (Fresher) – Roles & Responsibilities
Reupdated hospital in Hitech city: (0-7yrs)
- Assist doctors and senior nurses in patient care
- Check and record patient vital signs (BP, temperature, pulse, etc.)
- Administer medicines as prescribed
- Maintain patient records and reports
- Help patients with hygiene, mobility, and daily care
- Prepare medical equipment and treatment rooms
- Follow hospital safety and infection control procedures
- Support during emergencies and first aid situations
- Communicate patient updates to doctors and family members
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the ward
Required skills:
