Key Responsibilities
- Assist with urban design proposals, site analysis, surveys, mapping, and project documentation.
- Prepare architectural and urban design drawings, plans, sections, details, reports, and presentations.
- Develop 3D models, visualisations, and rendered views. Support quantity take-offs, estimates, BOQs, and tender documentation.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, clients, and other project stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits, verify site conditions, and assist with execution-related coordination.
- Manage assigned tasks independently, collaborate with the team, and meet project deadlines.
- Travel to project locations as and when required
