Key Responsibilities:
Raw Material Testing: Inspect and test incoming raw materials, including cement, aggregates, chemical admixtures, and steel reinforcement, to ensure compliance with specifications.
* Process Quality Assurance: Monitor batching, concrete mixing, steel cage fabrication, molding, casting, curing, and demolding operations on the shop floor.
* Testing & Inspection: Conduct compressive strength tests (cube testing), slump tests, dimensional tolerance checks, and surface finish evaluations for precast elements.
* Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate daily QA/QC logs, material test certificates, non-conformance reports (NCR), and inspection registers.
* Third-Party & Client Audits: Coordinate and facilitate third-party material testing and quality inspections with client representatives and structural consultants.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
