Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive for service telecalling activities. The candidate will be responsible for calling customers regarding vehicle service reminders, feedback collection, service follow-ups, and maintaining good customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Call customers for service reminders and appointments
- Follow up with customers after vehicle service
- Collect customer feedback and update records
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints politely
- Coordinate with service advisors and workshop team
- Maintain daily call reports and customer database
- Promote AMC, service camps, and special offers
- Ensure customer satisfaction through proper follow-up
Requirements
- Plus Two / Degree / Diploma
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and basic English
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and customer handling skills
