Job Title: General Manager

Job Summary:
Hotel Three Seasons is seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee all aspects of hotel operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing staff, driving revenue growth, and maintaining high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance
- Ensure outstanding guest satisfaction and handle escalated guest concerns
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve performance excellence
- Develop and implement business strategies to increase occupancy and revenue
- Monitor financial performance, budgets, and cost controls
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in hotel management, with leadership experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage budgets and drive business growth
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with hotel management software
- Strong knowledge of hospitality industry trends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
