Job Title: Relationship Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Manager to drive sales, manage client relationships, and expand our insurance portfolio. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in Life, Health, or General Insurance sales and a strong understanding of insurance products, distribution channels, and customer acquisition strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of life insurance products through direct sales and/or channel partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Identify client needs and recommend suitable life insurance solutions.
- Generate leads through referrals, networking, and field activity.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: Minimum 1–5 years of relevant experience in Life / Health / General Insurance sales Preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the insurance sector.
- Strong understanding of insurance products and regulatory guidelines.
- Experience in field sales, agency/channel sales, banca, or direct marketing preferred
