Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on boarding the selected profiles.
- Coordinate with team leaders to understand staffing needs.
- Publish job postings on various platforms and maintain candidate pipelines.
- Conduct background checks and reference verification.
On boarding and Employee Lifecycle Management
- Handle joining formalities, documentation, and HRMS on boarding.
- Conduct employee orientation sessions.
- Maintain employees’ personal and professional data accurately.
- Process confirmation, extension, and exit formalities.
Attendance and HRMS Management
- Monitor attendance, leaves, and shift schedules.
- Ensure timely HRMS updates and error-free maintenance of attendance records.
Employee Engagement and Communication
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities, celebrations, and events.
- Support grievance handling and ensure employee queries are resolved promptly.
- Promote positive work culture and support team-building initiatives.
HR operations and Communications
- Maintain HR policies and compliance records.
- Draft HR letters such as offer letters, appointment letters, warning letters, etc.
- Assist in performance appraisal processes.
- Maintain employee files and ensure confidentiality of HR data.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
