Day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Lead Stacking & CRM Management: Building, scrubbing, and maintaining high-quality target account lists within HubSpot; ensuring CRM data hygiene by updating lead stages and custom parameters.
2. Market Intelligence & Research: Conducting deep-dive research to identify key decision-makers (Founders, CXOs, HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Heads) across target industries and enterprise segments.
3. Sales Collateral & Demo Documentation: Assisting in creating, updating, and refining sales collaterals (one-pagers, deck modifications); attending live client demo calls to record meticulous Minutes of Meetings (MoM) and capture critical prospect pain points.
4. Account Coordination: Managing daily business correspondence, preparing background briefs on high-priority prospects for the leadership team, and drafting crisp email/LinkedIn responses.
5. Pipeline & Calendar Management: Coordinating outreach schedules and booking low-friction intro meetings using specialized link infrastructure.
