Role Overview:
The Director – Management will provide strategic, academic, and administrative leadership to the Management programs of the institution. The role demands an accomplished academician and administrator with deep expertise in management education, regulatory compliance, and institutional governance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide visionary leadership ensuring academic excellence and continuous improvement
- Develop and execute long-term academic and institutional strategies
- Oversee curriculum design, pedagogy innovation, and outcome-based education
- Lead faculty recruitment, development, appraisal, and retention
- Strengthen industry engagement, corporate partnerships, and academic collaborations
- Guide accreditation, ranking, and quality assurance initiatives (AICTE/UGC/NAAC/NBA)
- Promote research, publications, consultancy, executive education, and MDPs
- Ensure effective academic governance and policy implementation
- Mentor faculty and students, fostering leadership, ethics, and excellence
- Liaise with Board, Trustees, and senior leadership for strategic planning
