We are expanding our sales team and seeking passionate, target-driven professionals to join us as Area Sales Managers.
Job Overview :-
The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth, institutional sales, and market expansion within the assigned territory. The role involves building relationships with schools, colleges, educational institutions, channel partners, and key decision-makers while achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities :-
- Generate leads through existing clients, referrals, distributors, and new business opportunities.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and educational institutions.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for principals, directors, trustees, and management teams.
- Promote Study'n'Learn's Interactive Flat Panels, Digital Content Solutions, AI Learning Tools, and Smart Classroom Technologies.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
- Build and manage distributor, dealer, and channel partner networks.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and business plans.
- Coordinate with inside sales, technical, and support teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and project execution.
- Maintain CRM records, customer databases, and sales reports.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to drive market penetration.
Required Skills :-
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven experience in B2B, Institutional, or Educational Sales.
- Excellent presentation and product demonstration abilities.
- Target-oriented mindset with strong closing skills.
- Knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and sales reporting.
- Ability to manage field sales operations independently.
- Strong networking and territory management capabilities.
Qualifications :-
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management is preferred.
- 3–8 years of experience in Area Sales, Institutional Sales, B2B Sales, or EdTech Sales.
- Experience in selling Interactive Flat Panels, Smart Classroom Solutions, Educational Technology Products, or Digital Learning Solutions is highly preferred.
- Prior experience handling school sales and channel partner networks will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
