Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic HR Leadership
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives
- Act as a strategic advisor to top management on HR matters
- Drive organizational development and change management initiatives
2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Oversee recruitment strategies for all levels
- Ensure timely hiring of skilled workforce
- Plan manpower requirements in line with business growth
3. Employee Engagement & Culture
- Build and maintain a positive work culture
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Handle grievance redressal and employee relations
4. Performance Management
- Design and implement performance appraisal systems
- Monitor employee performance and productivity
- Support leadership in goal setting and evaluation
5. Compensation & Benefits
- Develop competitive salary structures and benefits policies
- Ensure payroll compliance and cost optimization
- Manage bonus, incentives, and rewards programs
6. Compliance & Legal
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other statutory requirements
- Handle audits and inspections
- Maintain HR policies as per legal standards
7. Learning & Development
- Identify training needs and implement development programs
- Promote leadership development initiatives
- Enhance employee skills and productivity
8. HR Operations
- Oversee HR administration, documentation, and MIS
- Maintain employee records and HR systems
- Ensure smooth onboarding and exit processes

Qualifications:
- MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent
- 10–20 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in leadership role
