Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced ITI-certified Lathe Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience operating manual lathe machines and be able to produce precision components according to engineering drawings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate manual lathe machines.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Perform turning, facing, drilling, threading, and other machining operations.
- Inspect finished components using measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers and micrometers.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure dimensional accuracy.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and follow all safety procedures.
Requirements:
- ITI in Turner, Machinist, or a related trade.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Lathe Machine Operator.
- Good knowledge of engineering drawings and precision measuring instruments.
- Ability to work independently and meet production targets.
