Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Computer Faculty member to teach students basic to advanced computer concepts, coding fundamentals, and digital skills. The candidate should be capable of creating an engaging learning environment and helping students build strong technical knowledge along with practical application skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Computer Science subjects to students as per the school curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and practical lab sessions.
- Train students in:
- Computer Fundamentals
- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Internet & Email Usage
- Programming Basics (Scratch / Python / Java as applicable)
- HTML / Web Basics
- Cyber Safety & Digital Awareness
- Conduct practical examinations and assessments.
- Maintain computer lab discipline and equipment usage records.
- Support students in projects, competitions, and presentations.
- Coordinate with academic staff for curriculum planning.
- Stay updated with latest educational technologies and teaching methods.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / IT / BCA / B.Sc. Computers
- B.Ed. preferred (mandatory for some schools)
- Minimum [1–3] years of teaching experience preferred
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of computer applications and programming
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple manner
- Patience and student-friendly approach
- Presentation and interpersonal skills
- Basic troubleshooting knowledge
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience teaching CBSE / ICSE / State syllabus
- Knowledge of AI tools, coding platforms, or robotics is an added advantage
- Passion for student development and innovation

As per industry standards and candidate experience.
