Responsibilities

- Negotiate terms with clients, overcoming objections, and closing sales deals confidently
- Maintain excellent communication skills to foster positive relationships with clients and internal teams
- Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to identify new opportunities and optimize outreach strategies
Skills
- Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or technical sales roles with a focus on B2B (business-to-business) transactions
- Strong negotiation skills combined with the ability to conduct persuasive conversations over the phone
- Experience with outbound calling campaigns, warm calling techniques, and deal closing processes
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi, both verbal and written, with a customer service-oriented approach
- Ability to adapt quickly while maintaining high levels of professionalism
