Sales Associate – Real Estate
Experience Required - 0–5 Years — Freshers and experienced candidates both are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on leads through calls, site visits, references, and digital platforms.
- Understand client requirements (budget, location, property type) and suggest suitable options.
- Arrange and conduct property site visits for prospective buyers/investors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
- Negotiate deals and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Stay updated on current real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor projects.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and closures in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns and promotional activities.
- Ensure a smooth, transparent, and professional experience for every client from inquiry to closure.

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹66,780.00 per month
