Flaviant Network Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced and responsible Hostel Warden to manage the day-to-day operations of the hostel and ensure a safe, disciplined, and comfortable environment for students.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily hostel operations.
- Maintain discipline, safety, and security within the hostel premises.
- Monitor student attendance, movement, and hostel activities.
- Address student concerns and resolve day-to-day issues.
- Ensure hostel rules and regulations are properly followed.
- Coordinate with management regarding student and hostel-related matters.
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, housekeeping, and maintenance.
- Handle emergencies and take appropriate action when required.
- Maintain necessary hostel records and reports.
- Build a positive and supportive environment for students.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of relevant experience as a Hostel Warden, Residential Supervisor, or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong discipline and student-management skills.
- Responsible, trustworthy, and approachable personality.
- Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge for maintaining records will be preferred.
- Willingness to stay at the hostel/on-site is preferred.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
