Seetha Silks is looking for energetic, customer-oriented, and motivated Sales Executives to join our retail team. As the face of our store, you will be responsible for welcoming customers, understanding their clothing needs, and helping them find the perfect outfits or fabrics. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for fashion/textiles, and love interacting with people, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Assistance: Welcome customers warmly as they enter the showroom, understand their requirements, and guide them to the right sections.
- Product Knowledge: Demonstrate an excellent understanding of our silk sarees, traditional wear, ready-mades, and fabric varieties to assist customers effectively.
- Sales Counter Management: Display and present clothing items neatly, helping customers try on or match pieces to drive sales.
- Stock Maintenance: Keep the sales counter and display racks organized, clean, and well-stocked at all times.
- Billing Coordination: Assist customers through the billing and packaging process to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
- Target Achievement: Work proactively to meet individual and team daily/monthly sales targets.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduation preferred.
- Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in retail sales (experience in textile, clothing, or saree showrooms is a major plus, but freshers with good skills are welcome).
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Polite, patient, and pleasant personality.
- Ability to converse fluently in the local language (knowledge of additional languages is an advantage).
- Flexibility: Ability to stand for extended periods and work comfortably during peak hours, weekends, and festival seasons.
