Job Summary
The CNC Maintenance Engineer is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing CNC machines to ensure maximum uptime, productivity, and operational efficiency. The role involves preventive maintenance, breakdown analysis, and continuous improvement of machine performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of CNC machines.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and CNC control system issues.
- Diagnose faults in CNC controllers, servo drives, motors, PLCs, sensors, and electrical circuits.
- Conduct machine alignment, calibration, and accuracy verification.
- Maintain lubrication systems and machine utilities.
- Execute machine installation, commissioning, and relocation activities when required.
- Monitor machine health and recommend improvements to reduce downtime.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
