Job Summary
Thoufeeque Restaurant is looking for a responsible and punctual Delivery Boy to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering food orders safely and on time while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver food orders to customers safely and promptly.
- Ensure orders are correct and properly packed before delivery.
- Collect cash or online payment details when required.
- Handle customer orders politely and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the delivery vehicle.
- Follow traffic rules and road safety regulations.
- Coordinate with restaurant staff regarding delivery orders.
- Report any delivery-related issues to the supervisor or management.
Requirements
- Valid driving license is required.
- Own two-wheeler preferred.
- Good knowledge of local routes and locations.
- Ability to use Google Maps/navigation.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Responsible, punctual, and hardworking.
- Previous food delivery experience is an advantage.
