JOB OPENING – PAPER TUBE MACHINE OPERATOR
Position: Paper Tube Machine Operator
Location: Cheyyar SIPCOT Industrial park
Experience: 2–5 Years in Paper Tube Manufacturing
Salary: Rs.25000/- Per month.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate paper tube winding machines and related equipment.
- Set machine parameters according to tube size and customer specifications.
- Monitor production quality and ensure dimensional accuracy.
- Perform machine setup, changeovers, and routine maintenance.
- Identify and rectify minor machine issues during production.
- Maintain production records and daily reports.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safety practices in the work area.
- Achieve production targets with minimum wastage.
Requirements:
- ITI / Diploma / Higher Secondary qualification preferred.
- Experience in paper tube manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of spiral paper tube winding machines.
- Ability to read production specifications and measurements.
- Good troubleshooting and machine handling skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
